Olympic Delivery Authority Transport Team
 
Contribution: Designed Leadership Programme and delivering top team and management team workshops to 17 participants. Delivering 360 feedback development sessions to all delegates.
 
Venda – a cloud-based (SaaS) commerce solutions company
 
Contribution: Designed a leadership programme and 360 questionnaire for the Venda management team. Delivering monthly coaching sessions to this team as well as four leadership workshops.  
 
Clore Social Leadership Programme
 
Contribution: Facilitating Action Learning sets and providing coaching support to programme delegates.
 
Ernst and Young
 
Contribution: Facilitating Action Learning Sets as part of the EY Accelerated Leadership Programme.
 
Health and Social Care
 
Andrew delivered Leadership Programmes to Health and Social Care groups as well as the Fire and Rescue Services in the North West. These programmes have been designed to develop future leaders, those who will be undertaking key roles in these services over the next ten years.
The programmes supported participants’ development over a 9-12 month period, beginning with a 360 feedback exercise, followed with  a blend of face-to-face leadership development skills days, a work-based assignment, and one-to-one coaching.
 
Goldman Sachs
 
On-site Service Manager for the Consultant Team at Goldman Sachs. Responsibility for Application Management Team transitioning and then supporting three Goldman Sachs Applications. Lead consultant liasing with the client to introduce and develop an in-house training function in an environment that was resistant to it. Project managed Training and Development Plan for Private Wealth Management Division. Conducted user testing and devised and delivered training to users in Europe in a rapidly changing environment.
 
Interim head of Customer Relations Harlow District Council.
 
Reporting to an Executive director Andrew negotiated with the Trades Union during a phase of staff reduction and redeployment. His role was to co-ordinate the work of the Contact Centre Manager, software developers and CRM system owners. Other work included writing and negotiating Service level Agreements with Service Heads, writing committee reports, writing communication briefings to the organisation about key stages in the change process and developing and presenting roadshows to teams across the organisation. Andrew was lead officer for the council on an LSA project involving providing a single point of access and information for County services and the new Civic Centre.
 
NW FRS
 
Contribution: Trained and supervised 10 coaches drawn from the North West Fire and Rescue services to support future leaders in their development.
 
Belfast City Council
 
Contribution: Design and Development of a Bespoke Performance Management Scheme for Chief Executive and Executive Directors. Scheme required to ensure accountability for delivering the Council’s corporate objectives. This working closely to guide the head of HR in this initiative, and, designing an outcome focussed appraisal scheme, including a 360 assessment. Delivered 360 coaching feedback sessions to 40 managers.
 
 
 
Her Majesty’s Prisons HR Coaching Support
 
Contribution: Working within the new strategic HR framework, Andrew interpreted and delivered assessments to Personnel managers who were being considered for new HR Business Partner roles.
 
North West Improvement Network (NWIN)
 
Contribution: Designed and delivering an OD programme to senior project managers in the North West of England. Programme introduced key principles of OD, a range of techniques over 8 days (workshops and action learning across 5 cohorts).
 
Metropolitan Police Service
 
Contribution: Working on a pilot Cultural change programme. Andrew supported the Borough Commander in Greenwich, delivering the elements of a Values Based change programme aimed at improving morale, and community focus. Key interventions: Action Learning, Coaching and skills workshops.
